Business License

You’ve purchased a pattern from me, and you love it so much that you want to sell more than 10 items made from it?

Here, you can find my business licenses, which grant you the right, after a one-time payment, to sell products crafted from my pattern.

Your commercial license is valid from the moment I receive your payment, and you will receive a certificate from me within 72 hours.

Please also keep in mind that, with few exceptions, products made for sale based on my patterns are subject to CE marking requirements across Europe. 

By purchasing the license, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

• Applicability:
  The license applies to a single pattern. If you wish to commercially use additional patterns, a separate license is required for each. For combination books (e.g., "Fox Rattle" and "Fox Doll"), each pattern requires its own license.

• eBook Exclusion:
  The license does not include the eBook; it must be purchased separately.

• Duration:
  The license is valid indefinitely upon payment.

• Production Limit:
  A maximum of 30 pieces per month may be produced under this license. For higher production volumes, please contact Johannstochter to discuss a license extension.

• Manufacturing License:
  For manufacturing Amigurumis in a factory, please email Johannstochter to obtain a factory license.

• Validity:
  The license becomes effective upon payment receipt and applies to the individual named on the invoice. A certificate will be issued within 72 hours.

• Non-Transferability:
  Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other eBooks after purchase.

• Sales Authorization:
  The license permits the sale of products both online and offline (e.g., markets, shops, etc.).

  • Online sales must include the following in the product description: © Johannstochter and the corresponding license number.

• Prohibitions:

  • The license, or any part of the pattern, may not be sold, altered, gifted, or exchanged.
  • The copyright remains with Johannstochter.

• Liability:
  Johannstochter is not liable for any products you create. Responsibility for compliance with regulations and product safety lies solely with you.

• Violations:
  Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of the license.
